Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation: Minimum 60% marks (3-year full-time degree).
- Post Graduation: MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade with ≥60% marks.
- OR Chartered Accountant (CA): Membership of ICAI (passing professional exam is sufficient).
- Final year PG / CA candidates appearing in exams during Jan-Feb 2026 are eligible (subject to result submission by 01 June 2026).
- Correspondence / Distance / Part-time degrees not eligible.

Salary / Training Benefits
- During Management Trainee training: ₹65,000/- per month (approx).
- Post training absorption as Deputy Manager (JM-I scale) with pay scale approx ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 + allowances.
