IIT Guwahati ने GATE 2026 की Information Brochure जारी कर दी है और आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। Brochure में syllabus, exam dates, eligibility, application process और फीस आदि के सारे विवरण दिए गए हैं। Candidates आधिकारिक पोर्टल पर जाकर आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

🧾 Eligibility / पात्रता
- Educational Qualification / शैक्षणिक योग्यता: Candidates in 3rd or higher year of UG, or those who have completed UG degrees in Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Science / Commerce / Arts / Humanities.
- Age Limit / आयु सीमा: No age limit.
- Nationality / राष्ट्रीयता: Indian and foreign candidates may apply if they meet eligibility criteria.
💸 Application Fee / आवेदन शुल्क
- Female / SC / ST / PwD: ₹1,000 (Regular) / ₹1,500 (Extended)
- Other candidates (General / OBC / Others): ₹2,000 (Regular) / ₹2,500 (Extended)
📐 Exam Pattern / पेपर विवरण
- Total Papers / कुल पेपर: Multiple subject papers (refer brochure for full list).
- Paper Duration / समय: 3 hours per paper (compensatory time for eligible candidates as applicable).
- Pattern / प्रश्न प्रकार: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ) and Numerical Answer Type (NAT).
- Total Questions & Marks / कुल प्रश्न व अंक: 65 questions, total 100 marks (per paper).
👨💻 How to Apply / आवेदन प्रक्रिया
- Visit the official GATE 2026 website and GOAPS portal.
- Register on the GOAPS portal with valid email and mobile number.
- Fill personal, educational and contact details in the application form.
- Upload scanned documents: photograph, signature and category certificate (if applicable).
- Pay application fee online using net banking / debit / credit card / UPI etc.
- Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
